if my package does not arrive on time, or does not arrive?

confirmation you receive after your order is placed if
there is a problem with your order.
How do I order several of
the same items to be sent to different addresses?
You are welcome to place
your order online, call, fax or email your order in a a
spread sheet format.
What happens if I need to
change or cancel my order after my package has been
shipped/delivered?
After your package has
been shipped, it may not be changed or canceled.
Will my gift
arrive in good condition?
We take every measure to
insure your gift basket arrives in perfect condition.
All of our baskets to be shipped are securely wrapped in
bubble wrap and cushioned to protect your gift in route
to its destination. Each
package that is shipped is insured. In the event that a package
is received damaged, you must contact the customer
service number located on the order confirmation email
you received when your order was placed within 48
hours. We do not guarantee
arrival time on shipped items.
